Resolution Medical Acquires Haarstad Engineering Services, LLC

FRIDLEY, Minn., January 28, 2022 – Resolution Medical, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management and a leading vertically integrated medical device contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO), today announced that it has acquired Haarstad Engineering Services, LLC (“HES”) from founder Phil Haarstad. HES specializes in early and iterative concept, prototyping, and simulation work for physicians, startups, and established original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) developing disruptive medical devices.
